Support for the GemStone/S family of products
GemTalk Systems and VMware are pleased to announce that the GemStone/S family of products are now part of the GemTalk Systems organization. Visit our website, GemTalkSystems.com, for more on this change.
As this transition completes, the specific URL of the support website, techsupport.gemstone.com, will be changing, as will the email address used to create new tickets. However, otherwise everything will remain the same: your accounts, the process for submitting help requests, the GemStone/S engineers who respond, and your record of previous help requests should all remain accessible as they are now.
While the toll-free telephone contact numbers will stay the same, the local telephone numbers will also be changing. All customers with support contracts will be notified as soon as the new contact details are finalized.
